SUG WEAR – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SUG WEAR, every piece is created with intention, quality, and care. To maintain the highest standards for all customers, we operate under a strict no return and no refund policy, except where required by law.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases unless otherwise required under applicable law. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Size Exchanges

We understand that fit matters. SUG WEAR offers limited size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are permitted only for one size up or one size down from the original size purchased
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery

Customers must contact us to initiate the exchange process. Approval is required prior to sending any items back.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and unused
  • The customer must provide clear photo evidence of the damage
  • The request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Size Exchange, Return (EU Only), or Replacement

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the request
  • Photos (required for damaged items)

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps.

Additional Notes

  • SUG WEAR does not offer refunds outside of EU consumer protection requirements
  • Exchanges are limited strictly to size adjustments (one size up or down only)
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed
  • We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the above criteria
